Research On Promotion Strategy Of China’s Discourse Power In International Sports Organization

After more than30years of reforming and opening up, China’s comprehensive national strength is gradually enhanced and political economy is increasingly developing.The brilliant, of Olympic diplomatic lingers on, Chinese athletes win a series of victories in International competitive, all kinds of world-class large sports events held successfully, the influence and status of Chinese sports gradually increasing in international sports. Under the new situation of the current sports heating up, the international sports communication has up to national diplomatic strategic height. Advancement of the right of speech in all kinds of international sports organization should cause great attention of each sides.By using the method of literature, logic analysis, expert interview, history and mathematical statistics, this study make China’s right of speech in the international sports organization as the starting point.First of all, define the international sports organization according to Michel Foucault’s theory about words and social power’s relation, and analyzes the function and effect of Chinese sports;Second,review the development history of the right of speech of China in international sports organization which was divided into four stages and using the axle as the time sequencing; Then, make deep analysis about Chinese officials who was presently posted in the international sports organization, draw the conclusion of existing problems about our country’s in the international sports organization and analysis the causes of deficiency right of speech;Finally, put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for promotion our country’s right of speech in international sports organization:1. enhance China’s sports comprehensive strength, and seek for the change of unreasonable factors about international sports order;2. make close relationship with other countries, expand our country’s influence on international sports field;3. pay more attention on the opportunity of international sports activity, enhance our discourse powder in international sports;4. make familiar with process of international sports organization, establish and improve our country’s sports rules and regulations of corresponding diplomatic institutions.5. borrow ideas from scientific means, strengthen our current personnel management of international sports organization;6. promote the echelon construction about this organization, pay attention to the development of our supportive talents for international sports organization;7. tamp down existing organizational structure system, impel assignment work as the international sports organization by different level.Through this research, I hope it can provide beneficial reference for discourse powder of China in international sports organization. The suggestion is as follows:draw up sports diplomatic strategy, train excellent sports foreign talent, further into international sports organization, maintenance and seek the legitimate interests of countries in international sports, strive for the recognition of the international community, set up a good image of the state, better enhance the right of China in international sports organization.
