Research On The Development Of Sports Discourse In China From The Course Of Chinese Participating In Olympic Games

Since the founding of the People's Republic of China,China's national strength,competitive sports strength and sports discourse power have all been promoted to varying degrees,but the growth rate of the latter strength has far less than the former two.Therefore,this research analyzes the phenomenon with the course of China's Olympic Games.It takes China's sports discourse power as the research object and the theory of discourse power as the theoretical basis.By using the method of literature consultation,historical research,expert interview,case analysis and mathematical statistics,the research focus on the current situation of sports discourse power of China from four dimensions of the outward manifestation of sports discourse power,further explore the reasons for the status quo of China's sports discourse power,summarize the significance of promoting the sports discourse power of China and present strategies to promote the sports discourse power of China.The research indicates:(1)All three of China's national strength,competitive sports strength and sports discourse power have generally gone through a process during which growing out of nothing and developing from weak to strong.However,the growth rate and level of China's sports discourse power are lower than those of national strength and competitive sports strength,which do not match the current international status of China.(2)Sports discourse power is based on national strength and competitive sports strength.However,the growth of national strength and competitive sports strength does not necessarily lead to the equal growth of sports discourse power.Sports discourse power is affected by other factors.(3)In the four dimensions of the evaluation of sports discourse power,China has a certain level of discourse power,but there are also obvious shortcomings,and the overall level of sports discourse power is lagging behind the western countries.(4)The development of sports discourse power in China lagging behind is caused by both external and internal factors.The external factor lies in western countries who take the discourse advantage,and the internal factor is the unbalanced and insufficient development of sports in China.(5)Promoting China's sports discourse power is of significance.On the one hand,it lies in maintaining the legitimate rights and interests of China in international sports affairs.On the other hand,it is to help build a strong sports nation and improve the development of sports in the world.The ultimate goal is to spread the "China model" of sports development to the world.In order to promote the sports discourse power of China,the following suggestions are made:(1)Taking Beijing Olympic Winter Games and "Belt and Road" as opportunities to strengthen international sports exchange.(2)Cultivating international sports talents to issue the voice of China in international sports affairs.(3)Deepening the reform of sports and realizing the transformation of sports development energy and model.(4)Strengthening the "four confidence" and developing the socialist sports culture with Chinese characteristics.
