The core training is becoming more and more important to the majority of coachesand sports fans who are busy with defining the theoretical study. But different methodshave different effect to promote the development of core training. There have littlepeople to study core stability. This article is exploring two kinds of training methods tothe front and hip muscle`s training effect. And explore two kinds of methods to analyzethe impact of core stability. It is hope to provide a theoretical basis for sports coaches andexercise enthusiasts and methodological support.Select10students as subjects at Capital Institute of Physical Department, aftereight weeks of system strength training, used the ISOMED2000Isokinetic equipmentto test subjects abdominal and back muscles, hip muscles; Used video analysis forstability testing to the subjects. Analyzed the results before and after experiment, theconclusion follows:1. Abdominal and back muscles, hip muscles isokinetic test with different angularvelocity in the test apparel different trends before and after the experiment;2. Swiss Ball Training in the development of maximum muscle strength trainingmethod was superior to the S-E-T;3. The S-E-T method and the Swiss ball training method have little obvious forabdominal and back muscles, hip muscles to improve muscle coordination force;4.S-E-T explosive training method on the degree of development of abdominalmuscles is lower than the Swiss ball training method; SET can be outstanding effectivefor back muscles in explosive development; Two training methods have little effect to thehip explosive.5. S-E-T has better effect than the Swiss ball to abdominal and back muscles`muscular endurance; Swiss ball training method has outstanding effect than the S-E-T forhip muscles.6. Core strength training can promote the improvement of core stability; corestability is the inevitable result of increase.7. Under a different angular velocity of abdominal and back muscles0.74≤ratio≤0.78ranges of flexion and extension the core parts of the stability is better.8. Under a different angular velocity of hip flexion and extension muscle peaktorque ratio of0.61≤ratio≤0.65ranges of flexion and hip flexibility is good.
