In recent years, with the constant expansion of graduate students, the hunting-job situation of our pedagogy graduate students is more serious than ever before, which undoubtedly arouses tremendous attention from all walks of life and thus much research on it. However, research on a special group whose career orientation is to be teachers is scarce. To be a teacher is the first and seemingly good choice for many pedagogy graduate students, the phenomenon that has been recognized by many people in the present-day society. How to successfully make themselves stand out among other competitors depends on the developments of their "normal attributes" and "academic attributes". In former study, research on "normal attributes" and "academic attributes" is mainly based on the undergraduate normal education, which tends to believe that these two aspects are an internal contradiction in undergraduate normal education. But for individuals, the two aspects are the source, pushing the individuals to move forward. Therefore, in some extent, the development of a "teacher" can be seen as the outcome of the strong combination of "normal attributes" and "academic attributes". Owing to many factors, our graduate pedagogy students usually appear restrictive when facing the fierce hunting-job situation. The paper tries to find out some potential elements which have some effects on their job-hunting through making a careful investigation into the present developments of both sides, arouse the normal-oriented pedagogy graduate students’alertness and the consciousness of their responsibilities, and finally put forward some feasible suggestions and countermeasures.The paper is divided into four parts:Part one:Introduction part. Firstly, I propose the origin, background and the significance of this study, which is the logical starting point of my research. And then I mainly use the documentation method to combine, analyze and summarize the relative concepts, the core relationships. Meanwhile, I briefly introduce the methods I use in the research.Part two:normal-oriented graduate pedagogy students’present development and hunting-job situation. At the beginning of this part, it is quite necessary to define some elements under the fields of "normal attributes" and "academic attributes". And then use the questionnaire method and interview method to lay out the students’present developments of both sides. Part three:reason analysis on the problems that the normal-oriented pedagogy graduate students are facing. Based on the results achieved during the research, I lay out some reasons from three aspects accordingly.Part four:the countermeasures of the normal-oriented pedagogy graduate students’ development and hunting-job. In this part, to be in accordance with the former part, I put forward some feasible measures to enhance their developments and promote their competitive abilities.
