Study Of Job-hunting Stress And Vocational Interests About Normal Graduators In Liaoning Province

It is emphasized in job-hunting of the graduators at present. And it has become one of the focuses of psychology and education. This research, based on the survey 2379 students of 4 universities and colleges in LiaoNing province, tries to reveal the level and sources of job-hunting and the vocational interests of the normal graduators of LiaoNing province, and discover the relationship between job-hunting stress and vocational interests of normal and un-normal graduators , the difference between grade one and four, grade two and four, grade three and four in job-hunting stress and vocational interests, the relationship between job-hunting stress and 16 PF, and the relationship between vocational interests and 16PF. The result of the research suggests the following. 1,The whole level of the job-hunting stress of graduators is higher than the normal level(M=5.15>5), and the source of stress is mainly the job-hunting. 2,There is significant difference between the grade four and the other three grades of normal major(p<.000),the grade two is lowest, then grade three, grade one is higher, grade four is highest. 3,There is significant difference between the job-hunting stress of normal major and E, M, F, G, O, Q2, Q3, Q4 of 16PF (p<.05)。4,34.2%of the graduators think it is one of the flee way from job-hunting, and it can smoothe the stress and anxiety of finding job'contest. 5,It has a significant difference in the level of stress in sexes(p<.05),and other factors have no influence for the level of stress and professional interests(p>.05)。6,It has no significant difference between normal universities and un-normal universities, normal major and un-normal major in vocational interests. It shows vocational interests is similar among graduators. 7,It has significant difference between Vocational interests and 16PF, such as between Reality and Factor A, Art and Factor I, Society and Factor A, G, Q1,Q2,Q3, and so on. 8,They cannot knowledge to the vocation. The standards are income and personal interests. There is significant difference between stress level and vocational interests(p<.05). The most obstacles are the lack of convince for their abilities and knowledge and the worry about interpersonal relationship.
