Finally,found out the causes of those problems by analyzing in different aspects.Based on the study above, established an ideal social security system for the land-lostpeasants. Propose to reform the land system, complete the law of land expropriation,improve the standard of treatment, add more items of social security, expand the fundresources, perfect the administration etc. In this way, improve the local land-lost peasants’social security. Combine with the national background, further these policies and measuresand as the reference to the whole country, and then to accelerate the process of nationalurbanization, modernization and social security development.
