With the constant upgrading of competitive sports ability during recent year, China hasbeen universally accepted as one of sporting powers in sports circles, which in return, isbecoming the push factor to the development of amateur sport. According to the investigationof several sources, the number of people who participate in badminton is ranking secondamong all the participant. In the meantime, badminton has been named as “Chinese SecondBall Game”. With more and more people enjoying in this physical exercise, badminton ismaking its headway towards the school physical education curriculum. In this lecture,specialized training is used on elementary students who are about9or10years to analysishow multi-ball practice could influence on students’ playing methods, physique strengthenand social adaptation during teaching process, providing valuable reference to futureresearchers.The method of literature documentation, consulting document and information that arerelevant, provided as theoretical rationale. Field survey method. Since I’m interested in thissport that I chose badminton as my professional field. After4year’s basic research ofbachelor degree and a further study of3year’s post graduate course, I gathered experience ondoctrine and practice of badminton instruction. In school period, I hold a part-time position asamateur instructor. This earned me with certain practice experience for this thesis. Expertinterviews. By accessing to proficient, professional instructors and athletes, comprehendingexperience and matters of their own, which served as meritorious reference for this thesis.Experimentation is generally used in the course of instruction. The object of study in thispaper is pupils from Dalian Maple Leaf International School. With dividing students into twogroups.Randomly selected from a group of students to teaching multi-ball as the experimental group, the proportional control of multi-ball and single ball training on a4:1ratio; single ball teaching a group of other students as a control group, single-ball multi-ball training-control the ratio of4:1on the basis of experimental comparative study analysis of multi-ball teachingmethods and single-ball teaching badminton to grasp the situation, the impact on students ’physical fitness Enlightenment training phase, the primary school level students, students’ social adapt ability.Primary research results:1Multi-ball practice contributes to students who are under the statement of entry level grasp playing methods rapidly and simultaneously.2Multi-ballpractice enhance students’ speed and suppleness significantly, especially the physical strength.3Multi-ball practice is conducive to build interpersonal relationship among students, exaltcollective honorary feeling and sense of responsibility.
