With the deterioration of outdoor environmental quality,the development of outdoor sports has been greatly challenged,and badminton,as a typical representative of indoor sports,is more and more popular among social groups and school students..The number of people taking part in the sports has doubled,which makes sports colleges and universities send high quality,high standard badminton social sports instructors,school teachers and coaches to the society.The multi-ball training method is often used in teaching and training in physical education colleges and universities.This method consists of one ball and one strike,multi-ball single practice,fixed point shot and moving stroke.How to reasonably match each sub-item of this method,.It is particularly important to give play to its best effect.The paper uses the methods of literature,experiment,mathematical statistics and logic analysis to write this paper..In this paper,16 students of Shandong Institute of physical Education were divided into experimental group and control group,and the experimental group was trained with fixed point batting and moving batting.The control group was trained with fixed-point batting and multi-ball single practice.At the end of the experiment,the data are compared and analyzed to get the final conclusion.The main research results are as follows:1 after the end of the experiment,the training practice of the experimental group and the training of the control group all played a significant role in improving the ten physical fitness of the badminton special students in the 50 meter run and the 1000 meter run two physical qualities.In the control group,the performance of the 50 meter run(speed)and the 1000 meter run(endurance)was significantly higher than that of the experimental group.2 after the end of the experiment,the experimental group and the control group had no significant improvement in the three special qualities of running around the side,touching the sideline,one minute,single jump,rope skipping and single handed badminton throwing,and significantly improved the performance of the special quality test items in the whole field.However,the training effect of the experimental group on this project is better than that of the control group.3 after the experiment,the training of the experiment group and the control group all improved the badminton special class students' badminton hitting skill level.However,the practice effect of the experimental group than the control group,exercise effect in forehand straight lob,forehand cross lob,top of the head sloping straight lob,top of the head sloping cross lob,forehand hook,backhand lift straight high ball,overhand lift straight stroke,the lift stroke.The eight technique on the obvious,there are significant difference.Conclusions:1.The multi-ball training and the multi-ball training combined with fixed point and moving batting can indirectly improve the speed and endurance quality of badminton students in physical education colleges.Fixed-point batting and multi-ball training are more obvious for the improvement of badminton students' physical fitness.2.the multi-ball training method,which combines the fixed-point batting and the moving batting in the multi-ball training method,can improve the batting skills of the exercisers to the maximum extent with the improvement of the physical and special qualities of the practitioners within a limited class time.Achieve the best training effect.3.The multi-ball training combined with fixed point and moving batting can help the students of badminton special course in sports colleges to practice and use the whole court step under the premise of improving their physical quality and special quality.In order to improve the trainer's field movement speed and reasonable use of the pace.
