Nowadays, volleyball sport is developing towards the directions of high speed, superb skills; fast and flexible movements and the precise moving skills increasingly reflect the important status. The sensitive quality plays a very important role in volleyball game. How to improve the step moving skill and sensitive quality of women volleyball players is one of the problems which Sports school coaches are confronting with. In order to explore an effective training method which follows the youth growing rules in physical and psychological combining training principle, we apply the "agility ladder" which is the most advanced method to develop the sensitive quality of women volleyball players in international sports training at present. The data were statistically analyzed with spss13.0PRO software. By approach of sports training to test the result.Materials and Methods:This experiment chose women volleyball players from Xicheng distriet, Beijing amateur sports school as object of study, which were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group (n-6for each). The agility ladder training were added to the experimental group players’training project for10weeks, twice a week,30minutes each time. The players in the control group carried on the conventional training. We tested the six indexes of sensitive quality of the two groups before and after the experiment as a way to analysis whether the agility ladder training had significant influence on the players’ sensitive quality. Results:The data of six indexes for sensitive quality were collected and analyzed following the agility ladder training for10weeks. It is found that the performance improvement of30meters sprint is not affected by the agility ladder training. But the training of agility ladder had apparently influence on the other five indexes for sensitive quality. Therefore the agility ladder training had apparently influence on the sensitive quality performance improvement of women’s volleyball players from Xicheng district, Beijing amateur sports school.
