Aerobics is under the accompaniment of music, a sport as the basic means ofphysical exercises and based on aerobic exercise, to improve health, shape the form andentertainment purposes. According to the different purposes and tasks, aerobics can bedivided into two categories of Fitness Aerobics and Competitive Aerobics. Aerobicsbasic pace including alternate step, step forward, point to ground, lift leg step and legsstep. In sports, jumping constantly, ankle body proprioception and the strength plays animportant role in control body stable equilibrium and prevent sports injury. Increase theankle proprioception capacity and muscle strength, can improve joint the peripheralneuromuscular control ability, the ankle in bouncing jump landing to maintaincoordination and stability in the body, thus controlling the entire body posture, tobeautify action to improve the technical levelscapacity. This article aims at studying the influence that aerobics training to ankle jointposition sense, muscle force sense and muscle strength, through experimental researchthe aerobics training on female college students’ ankle joint proprioception and strengthcharacteristics change. In order to reduce the occurrence of the ankle injury andteaching aerobics training, competition certain practical and theoretical reference. In this paper, through experimental method, literature material method, interviewmethod, mathematical statistics, logic analysis, has carried on the topic selection, experiment, data collection and analysis. This study selected the Suzhou UniversityInstitute of Physical Education2010Physical Education Professional Aerobics Dancinggirls of9were the experimental group, to select2010sports biomechanics girls9werethe control group. No significant difference between the two groups in age, height, weight and other indicators. Before the experiment there was no significant differencebetween the experimental group and the control group proprioception and muscle strength indicators. The experimental group students took a period of18weeks,2timesa week, three hours at a time aerobics class learning, learning content include massaerobics dancing and competitive aerobics pace, combination and sets movement.Students in the control group took no aerobics and courses before and duringexperiment. The conclusion are as follows:1) A significant change of ankle position sense (VEJPS) and relative variable error(RVEFS) of force sense occurred through18weeks aerobics training in aerobicsexperimental group (P <0.05). The left and right sides of the experimental group ankleproprioception have differences. The left ankle joint position sense (VEJPS), relativevariable error of force sense (RVEFS) has a significant difference (P <0.05). Afterexperiment the control group ankle proprioception has no significant difference(P>0.05).2) Through18weeks aerobics training, the experimental group and the controlgroup ankle muscle strength have increased after the experiment. The experimentalgroup ankle strength increase is more significant than the control group.(3) Through18weeks aerobics training, the experimental group left and right sidesof the ankle joint proprioception and muscle strength indicators showed a negativecorrelation (r <0) and showed a low degree of relevant (0<r <1), after the18weeksaerobics training. It is account for that the ankle proprioception and no correlationbetween muscle strength characteristics.
