In2012the world Middle School VolleyballChampionship is to be held in France, the women’s volleyball in Baotou wascome to take part in competition and other Thirty-nine countries andfifty-eight teams. Through the competition, our women’s volleyball teamwon the good results of five. So the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region’svolleyball can not be neglected in Chinese. The excellent college volleyballplayers will selected by the provincial or national team. So how to improvethe women’s volleyball team in colleges and universities strength isimportant to keep the speed of national volleyball development in the InnerMongolia Autonomous Region. Then it is must to make the developmentstrategy of the woman’s volleyball team in the Inner Mongolia AutonomousRegion.Based on the high level volleyball team of four universities in the InnerMongolia Autonomous Region as the research object, through the literaturematerial method, field statistics, video statistics, mathematical statistics,comparative analysis, expert interviews and questionnaire survey methodand so on. The college volleyball championship of he Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region in2012as the background, I was researched thetechnical and ability of the women’s four colleges in the Inner MongoliaAutonomous Region high level volleyball team, so i collected someconclusions:(1) through the investigation,it is inadequate in the women’svolleyball teams of the physical quality.It has different in running andjumping and has disparity in the high level with other colleges.(2) The highlevel volleyball teams in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region collegesand universities in serving is too single, It used less at jumping and floatingball in the volleyball teams.(3)It is instability of receiving volleyball in highlevel volleyball teams in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region collegesand universities.(4) The high level volleyball teams in the Inner MongoliaAutonomous Region colleges and universities of women results is not well,blocking air rate and stop loss rate is too high.(5)It is too simple at tacticsfor the university women’s high level volleyball teams, they basically arethe front tactics, so other offensive tactical used too little. I have somesuggestions on the research conclusion.(1)At the similar cases in physicalconditions,we can train players to stronger and developing physical qualitydefect and reasonable.(2) It is important to train the basic skills and the basictechnology of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region high level volleyballteam ’s players have to be strengthened, they must to find their ownweaknesses and have the purpose of training.(3) Players of volleyball tacticsshould be comprehensive and can not rely on one tactical, the own tacticalmust to contact the team’s tactical. In the future, they should focus on thepractice squad various offensive tactics to win the game.(4)The players mustto learn a good work and distribute time for training and learningreasonably.
