As we all know, athlete injury has been one of the most important factors that affectsathlete performance. Gymnastics as our traditional advantages of the project, in numerousinternational competitions made remarkable achievements. However, the Chinese EliteGymnasts injuries not only affect their normal training, but also shorten the life of itsmovement. This makes our country to win an Olympic medal by a substantial increase inthe cost, but also the growth of the athletes I had a massive impact. In recent years, the rapid development of physical and functional training worldwidehas been widely applied in practice has proved the scientific body functional training. InChina preparing for the2012London Olympics, the State Sports General Administrationof AP through partnership with the United States, will be formally introduced to the bodyfunctional training the national team’s training them. The main purpose of rehabilitationtraining gymnasts have the following aspects:(1) to restore the athlete’s athletic ability, with the ability to participate in the general training;(2) enhance muscle strength, jointflexibility and stability, as well as improve muscle doing work efficiency;(3) the operationmode training, athlete action is more consistent with human physiological characteristics inorder to reduce the probability of future injury, do injury prevention. I use to follow thenational gymnastics team training opportunities for Chinese Gymnasts rehabilitationtraining methods and load arrangements study with the results for all levels of gymnasticsteam to further improve the level of scientific training to provide methodological guidanceand empirical evidence. In this paper, literature review, field observation and mathematical statistics researchhave been used. And studies show that:Gymnast upper extremity injuries are rotator cuff injury, periarthritis, arthritis andcarpal wrist ligament injury scabbard. Practice methods include: prone elbows exercises, side support arm exercises, push-ups exercises, elastic band stretching exercises, dumbbellbench press exercises, elastic band stretching exercises, the head of the next toss exercises.Pre-and post-load arrangements change is mainly reflected in: the late practice time andincreased number; reps into force supported by a hydrostatic support; practice the processalso reduces the anchor; also increases the external load; and increasing instability of thesupport points.Gymnast back muscle torso injuries are injuries, lower back fascia injury, musclestrain and the long head of biceps tendon tenosynovitis. Practice methods including: theworld’s greatest stretch (WGS) exercises, fours (hand walk) exercises, peanut ball thoracic massage exercises, camel load balance exercises, suspension trunk stability exercises,weight-bearing side support arm exercises, baseball chest massage exercises. Pre-andpost-load arrangements change is mainly reflected in: the late practice time and increasednumber; reps into force supported by a hydrostatic support; practice the process alsoreduces the anchor; also increases the external load; and increasing instability of thesupport points.Gymnast lower extremity injuries are the patella strain, meniscus, patella ligamentinjury, ankle valgus and varus external rotation injury pronation damage. Practice methodsinclude: posterior leg muscles massage practice; mini-band exercises; cross squattingexercises; weight-bearing lunge squat exercises; hands tuck toes exercises; standingvertical jump landing exercises; quick stomp your feet to practice; hurdle rack exercises.Pre-and post-load arrangements change is mainly reflected in: the late practice time andincreased number; reps into force supported by a hydrostatic support; practice the processalso reduces the anchor; also increases the external load; and increasing instability of thesupport points.
