In the constant pursuit of human limits today, people in a higher, faster, stronger goal ahead,competitive sports as a means to limit the human pursuit, and constantly promote the rapid development of sports training theories of competitive sports, worldwide emerging within the scientific and systematic advanced training system. In preparing for 2016 in the occasion about the Olympic Games, the State Sports General Administration competing body Division again in cooperation with the American professional sports body motor function training company, to ensure our advantages of the project the normal requirements of the premise, to further meet the needs of the potential benefits of the project, which tricks swimming is one of them.In this paper, literature, tests, observation, mathematical statistics and comparative analysis and other research methods to synchronized swimmers during Winter body motor function training methods and load arrangements for the object of study during the winter training synchronized swimming body movement function Are training methods and workload placement can effectively prevent sports injuries athletes, athletes improve athletic ability, can science be its body motor function training for all levels of synchronized swimmers of all levels to provide guidance methods.The research results are as follows:(1) In the FMS test found that pre-training test occurred 17% of the total number of pain athlete training after the test decreased to 11%, and the average of the team test scores increased,indicating that during the winter training, synchronized swimming physical exercise and functional training to improve injury prevention team has played a certain role.(2) in power quality test in trunk rotation outbreak force and systemic explosive force training before and after the two test scores have varying degrees of increase, the magnitude and improve the performance of the more obvious, but the team of lower extremity outbreak force test scores increase amplitude is not obvious.(3) Synchronized swimmers training main body of motor function FMS test as a starting point to identify the presence of the athletes risk injury, the use of nerve and muscle preparations to establish effective link, then the trunk pillar of strength required for synchronized swimming,strength and rotation special ability explosive energy metabolism system development,regeneration and recovery finally relax and recover the body.(4) Trunk pillars of strength training and explosive strength training load and the rotation is a rising wave, when the athlete exposed to the difficulty of new training methods or training methods increases, the training load is reduced, in order to ensure the correct formation of players operation mode.
