As the representative of the society, the teachers are entrusted by the society. Theyinfluence the pupils on purpose and the influence are enslaved to many factors. One of thefactors is the authority of Teachers.The authority of teachers is one of the factors that affect the education. The teachers’authority is very important for development of students. Whether it is teaching or management,they are inseparable from the authority of the teacher. Research about the authority of teachersare too numerous to mention individually. Articles about the rationality of teachers’ authority arealso numerous. However, very few people really pay attention to the authority of teacher fromthe perspective of the students. Even there are some research in this area, they are theoreticalstatements, lack of field trips. Authority of teachers is reasonable because primary schoolstudents’physiology and psychology are not mature, students need teachers authority to lead andnurture their emotional and rational development. It needs rational intervene in order to let thestudents enter the social life of humanity. Then they can be Integrated into the society which isdeveloping. In short, pupils’socialization and comprehensive development is inseparable fromthe authority of teachers.But teachers does not necessarily establish a reasonable authority, there are some problemsof improper use about teachers’authority. Excessive use of authority will cause authoritarianism.In contrast, if the teachers failed to use the authority, it will also affect the teaching effect.Therefore it is particularly urgent to help teachers establish. In addition, the primary schoolteachers work with pupils who have particularity, so the teachers’authority is also particular.The purpose of this study is to demonstrate that primary school teachers’ authority isreasonable and to study the changes of teachers’ authority in the pupils’horizons. So as toprovide references on establishing reasonable teachers’authority. The research is based primarilyon the functional theory of sociology. It is divided into five parts, in the first part, the authordescribes the origin and significance of the study, sorts out and summarized the relatedresearches. Then introduces the research methods and ideas and defines concepts involved in thisarticle.In the second part, the article demonstrates the rationality of teachers’ authority from the perspective of sociology, which includes the normative of grasping knowledge, thedevelopment of the mind, the formation of personality and norms of social behavior. All of theselaid the theoretical basis of research.The third part is the subject of this article, it looks into students from the first grade to sixthgrade of a primary school in city Ji Nan, in order to study the changes of teachers’authority inpupils’horizons. The survey found that with the rise of the grade, the external authority ofteachers gradually shows signs of weakening, while internal authority increases.The fourth part summarizes the characteristics of change based on the front part, and makeattribution analysis. Then the author explains the results from the development of the students,the changes of teaching methods, management style and external social attitudes.The last part puts out some suggestions to establish reasonable teachers’authority.Including establishing a reasonable structure of teachers’authority, improving the teachers’quality, and paying attention to the external environment.In short, it needs many efforts to establishing reasonable teachers’ authority. As Jaspers said,the faith about the authority is the only source of education and the essence of the education.Students will lose free without the authority,and the education does not exit any longer.
