The authority of teachers has long been hotly debated in educational circles. Domestic and foreign scholars have done a lot of research on it. After carding found, what involved in the study of teacher’s authority and the authority of teachers is how to establish what is the problem rather than the development of teachers’ authority and mechanism. Embryology as analysis on the origin, development and the rule of things, it is also applicable to the analysis of the authority of teachers and discipline of teachers’ authority. This thesis takes embryology as the theoretical basis. It studies on the authority of teachers from three aspects of origin, development process and the way of existence. In the process of development of teachers’ authority, this paper discuss from two aspects of institutional authority and personal authority of teacher. Based on the method of embryology, the authority of teachers go through the agricultural society of primitive society period, personal authority--industrial society and information society system authority shows period authority of teachers the deconstruction and reconstruction of the three stage.The teachers’ authority is the most important research part in the pathogenesis of teacher authority. It includes the existence problems and exploring the teachers’ authority mechanism analysis of teachers’ authority. The first question mainly is around the relationship between teachers and students. The authority of teachers include autocratic authority of teachers, indulgent teacher authority, teachers’ leading authority indulge students main body the authority of teachers and inter subjectivity of Teacher Authority. Among these, the former three put “teacher” and “student” as the subject or object of the authority of teacher. Teachers and students will be in opposition, it is not an equal relationship between them. Inter subjectivity of teachers connect the intermediary object among “student” and “teacher” by the method of “teaching activities”. It forms the equal relationship between teachers and students which is conducive to the formation of teachers’ authority and function. The teachers’ authority mechanism focuses on four aspects of problem of teacher authority triggering mechanism, the authority of teachers, teacher authority generation based development engine and the authority of teachers. Specifically, education needs to trigger the occurrence of teachers’ authority. Teachers and students mutual trust constitute the basis for the formation of teacher authority. The education of ideal tract the development direction of teachers’ authority and also offer a inexhaustible driving force for the growth of the development of teachers’ authority. Teaching style mark the formation of teachers’ authority.At the end of the paper, restricting factors binding results are analyzed from two aspects of teachers’ institutional authority and personal authority of teacher and then putting forward the optimization strategy and suggestions which will in order to give advice to establishing the authority and development of teachers’ authority.
