Secondly,I make a comprehensive analysis of the Dilemma, Causes of L University Graduate Student Union, lastly, I propose the corresponding countermeasures.The study finds that L University graduate student present single daily source of funding, the office conditions are rather simple; Activities are monotonous, and with a wrong work deviation,and work is lack of foreign exchange; It can not effectively represent the interests of the graduate, and with a rather awkward position; The prestige in graduate students is not well,and with a high influence. The reasons include that the localization is unclear, organizational philosophy is lack,and the organization is without soul; The lack of a wide space for activities, the unreasonable cadres mechanism, not strong contingent of cadres are also contributes to this problem.
