29th Olympic Games in Beijing that’s impacted all over the world has just concluded. Judo belongs to one of the official Olympic event, Chinese judokas in the previous Olympic Games has made outstanding performance. Especially, witnessed the level of women’s judo has been living in the top of the world. At the same time, also witnessed the Chinese men’s judo is a weak position in the international arena.Men’s judo competition is more intensely, compared with other sports, there is a higher quality requirements on the strength. he ability of combined strength and technology is one of leading reasons that’s between Chinese male judokas and foreign high level judokas, they can not function effectively, technology and strength, the two are coordinated with each other, working together, the special strength is role of intermediaries and the basis for athletes’ technical and strength, through scientific system of special strength training athletes will be able to own the largest force in better use of technology to score, so that the more powerful technology, so that the force can be fully coherent and effective.After research and analysis concluded that:(1) The judo special training methods have:①The judo special-forces training methods for catching: Throwing sandbags, pulling weight with fingers, climbing the rope and so on;②The judo special forces training methods for pulling or pushing: pushing blocks (Tuizi), training by tackle and so on;③The judo special strength methods of the kwkoshi-waza: wigwagging cloth body with waist, back extension, moving like shrimp and so on.④The judo special strength methods of the aw ashi-waz a: frog jumping, fast running, Uchi-mata in non-opponent and so on;⑤The Comprehensive judo special forces training methods: tumbling in wheel style, wreslting with cloth body and so on. (2) In judo special strength training, phosphoric acid system and glycolysis system to the main power system in order to offer judo special strength training power, it’s the main strength style to explosive power and fast power, relying on the whole body muscle coordination, and in the form of action in accordance with the principles of mechanics.(3) Judo strength training have three characteristics types : comprehensive characteristics, professional characteristics and national characteristics.(4) The main reasons that declined the effect of judo special strength training have the relatively boring training content, the impact of injuries athletes, athletes do not fully physical rehabilitation, and psychological moods is not high and so on.(5) Chinese men’s judo strength training technical training combined with strength training does not close, strength training is more room at the strength, no special techniques and a very good convergence, especially in the high-level training phase.
