Research purposes:By comparing the indicators in the experiment, this paper explores the feasibility and scope of the enhanced training on the special strength of the lower limbs of male and female Sanda athletes, and provides theoretical basis and practical significance for the special strength training of male and female Sanda athletes.research method:Literature data method, expert interview method,Delphi method, experimental method, mathematical statistics method.Subjects:The male and female Sanda athletes of the Shanghai Sports Institute of Shanghai Sports Institute were experimental subjects and were randomly assigned to the experimental group(enhanced training)and the control group(traditional strength training).Test indicators:(1)Strike indexSanda is a confrontational sports project, paying attention to the speed, strength and accuracy in the attack. The whip leg is also the leg method often used in the Sanda special technique. Therefore, the whip leg(dominant leg)in Sanda is selected as the impact index.(2)Constant velocity force index Hip joint 60 °,180 °,knee joint 60 °,180 ° flexor, extensor total work, relative total work;flexor extensor peak torque, relative peak torque index.(3)Multi-functional force measurement target indexThe relative output power, relative maximum force, and relative force rate of the striking force.(4)Vicon system indicatorsAngular velocity of the whip leg striking action Research result:1.Comparison of the effects of enhanced training on 60° hip joint,60° flexor extensor total muscle work and relative total work;flexor extensor peak torque and relative peak torqueIn the experimental group and the control group, the results of the pre-test and post-test data were compared between the two groups. The results showed that the knee joint 60° per second stretch total work, maximum extension peak torque, extension relative total work, maximum stretch relative peak value Torque;60° per second total extension work, maximum flexion peak torque, maximum extension peak torque, extension relative total work, maximum buckling relative peak torque, maximum stretch relative peak torque index were significantly different(P<0.05).In the experimental group and the control group, the post-test data comparison between the groups revealed that there was a significant difference in the total extension work, the maximum extension peak torque, the extension relative total work, and the maximum extension relative peak torque of the hip joint at 60°(P<0.05)..2.Comparison of the effects of enhanced training on 180° hip joint,180° flexor extensor total muscle work and relative total work;flexor extensor peak torque and relative peak torque The experimental group and the control group were compared with the pre-test and post-test data.In the experimental group, the total extensional work, maximum flexion peak torque, extension relative total work, and maximum buckling relative peak torque of the knee joint were significant.Sexual differences(P<0.05);total hip extension, maximum extension peak torque, extension relative total work, and maximum extension relative peak torque were significantly different(P<0.05).In the experimental group and the control group, the post-test data comparison between the groups was found: the knee joint 180° per second extension total work;the hip joint 180° per second extension total work, maximum extension peak torque, extension relative total work, maximum extension relative peak There was a significant difference in torque(P<0.05).3.Comparison of the effect of enhanced training on angular velocity In the experimental group and the control group, the comparison of pre-and post-test data in the group showed that there was a significant difference in the angular velocity of the right knee joint in the experimental group(P<0.05).In the experimental group and the control group, the comparison between the post-test data showed that there was a significant difference in the angular velocity of the right knee joint(P<0.05).4.Comparison of the impact of enhanced training on strike power In the experimental group and the control group, the data of the pre-and post-test data in the group were compared: the relative maximum strength, relative maximum power and relative maximum force rate in the experimental group were significantly different(P<0.05).The experimental group, the control group and the post-test data of the group showed that there was a significant difference between the relative maximum force, the relative maximum power and the relative maximum force rate(P<0.05).Analysis conclusion:1.After the two rounds of Delphi expert questionnaires are issued and recycled, and the first, second and third level indicators are determined, and then different recommendations are given according to different experts, and the corresponding indicators are retained, changed and deleted.Subtract and summary. Finally,an experimental training program suitable for men and adolescents Sanda athletes--enhanced training experimental group training program was developed.See Table 7 for details.2.The hip muscles of the lower limbs of male and female Sanda athletes showed significant differences.Compared with the anterior side of the experiment, the strength of the flexor and extensors was increased after the experiment. Therefore, the whip legs will be faster when they attack and defend.3.Enhanced training has a significant effect on the flexor and extensor muscles of the lower limbs of male and female Sanda athletes. It can be seen that the whip leg is more obvious after the leg is out,and the leg is more thorough and perfect after thehit.4.The angular velocity of the right knee joint showed a significant upward trend, which significantly improved the index. The corresponding whip legs are more quickly, concealed and precise in the actual combat.5.Enhanced training has greatly improved the effect of lower limb impact strength of male and female Sanda athletes. The relative maximum strength, relative maximum power and relative maximum force rate can be clearly seen as significant differences. This has also verified that enhanced training can improve the maximum strength and explosiveness of Sanda athletes,so the whip legs are more lethal during the game and more efficient in completing the action on offense.
