Weifang Police Office Automation System

In this thesis, we describe the design and operation of office automation system for the grass-roots unit of Weifang police. This office automation system was build in accordance with the relevant requirements, meets the basic needs of the grass-root unit for public security operations. After detailed research and design, the construction utilize of information for various application purposes. From scientific and practical point of view, the use of software engineering method to analyze and design of the office automation system is very effective. The system meets the need of high-speed exchanging and sharing of information, improves the efficiency of the grass-root unit. At present, information application has become a necessary procedure in different kinds of work fields and information application system also has become a stage that work can be carried out on. Take office automation system of Weifang public security bureau for example, We choose appropriate system analysis and design methods to carry on the feasibility analysis, requirements analysis, overall design and core functions of the application system. Through analysis of business process and business data, we complete object-oriented modeling by using object-oriented modeling technology. We apply software engineer method to refine B/S architecture of the network communication in order to complete the analysis and design of the database module and the business process module of the system. Finally, a office automation system for the grass-root public security department is developed which is based on the B/S structure of the Intranet network environments.The system has particular industry feature. The system design is based on the work of police grass-roots unit and in line with modern management concept which meets the modern scientific requirements, so the system maintenance is easy. Furthermore, the design of this system is based on the modem MIS theory, thus it can be considered some significance for the development of Public Security office automation system.
