With the advance of society and development of technology, human beings activityincreasing the amount of information required in the modern world, therefore aregetting more and more demanding for the speed, capacity, power consumption andreliability of the information storage system. This paper focuses on how to develop highefficiency and top quality video storage system to realize accurate storage of huge highspeed video data in real time. The paper starts with the background of this system research and then presents thesystem hardware design according to the requirement of the task, and finally elaboratesthe logic design of the system. Targeting at high speed MC1311CMOS camera, thesystem uses NAND Flash Memory as the basic storage device, and forms400GBstorage arrays to achieve high-speed lossless data storage. In the paper, the functionalprinciples of NAND Flash chip and the feature of data export of high speed CMOScamera are introduced, and focuses on a control model, which realizes the writing, reading, reading while writing, scrubbing of NAND Flash chip array as well as badblock management, and a processing module, which realizes the Serial to Parallelconversion of the high speed data output by the camera, and were designed in the FPGAto store the high speed data output (500MB/s) by the camera in real time. After thestorage task is accomplished, and while writing, the data is uploaded to the hostcomputer through the high speed reading module integrated in FPGA and GigabitEthernet interface, in data upload module implements the ping-pang work. The fruit of this research has been applied in a system and the rationality of thesystem design has been proved by the test results.
