Study Of Micro-force Generating Device Baced On Flexible Hinge

The three-dimensional velocity sensor plays a very important role in the marine flow measurements.It need stable micro-fore of μN lever.The existing force calibration technology is hard to meet its calibration demands.Based on Natural Science Foundation "Study on Three-dimension Instantaneous Current Sensor of Measurable Upwelling "(No.41076061), in this paper,develop a generator based on flexure hinge to calibrate three-dimensional velocity sensor.In this thesis, firstly, constructs the micro-force sensor calibration system,proposed a generator based on flexure hinge.This device uses the narrow principle of secondary leveraged force to reduce the existing standard force, using Quasi symmetric mode to reduce lateral coupling error, At the same time uses differential way to improve the magnification of output end displacement, uses flexure hinge as support to transmit force and displacement, analysis the force of the micro-force generator, through theoretical analysis and parameterization processing, get theory force shrink multiples, Establish micro-force generator model, through the finite element software to calculate the length、width and height of connecting rod, transition rod, secondary lever in device. the minimum thickness to support hinge and connection hinge are also optimized, find out the relationship between structure parameters and maximum output displacement and the shrink multiples of the force. In the optimization analysis for the structure of the best parameters, and through finite element analysis of micro power generator to get the optimized force shrink multiples.establish the final sensor calibration model. The results show that the device can produce micro level force, meet with the design requirements. This device has good prospects for application. for advantages of simple structure, convenient operation, and can be widely used in various occasions which need to load vertical micro-force.
