Spatial data network service has become very important to promote better spatial data services in thedevelopment and utilization of coal mining enterprises, With the rapid development of Internet technology,WebGIS technology has gradually become the main technical approach of spatial data network release,spatial data has multi-source, heterogeneous and distribution characteristics,and traditional WebGIS mappublishing technology has probloms of slow map request-response,high bandwidth of network traffic,badability to interact with users,massive spatial data online services can not meet the requirements,spatial datasharing and integration is restricted.To solve the above problem,this paper analyzes the problems oftraditional WebGIS technology,deeply study the REST(Representational State Transfer)architecture andOGC spatial information network sharing standard protocal,Point out creativly a map publishingtechnology which is on-demand tile cut combined pre tile cut of raster data and style rendering of vectordata.On this basis,relized the mine spatial data sharing and integration.The main innovations embodied inthe following:(1)Pointed out metadata management technology based on the grouping data model.Separatelygrouped metadata and data model.Data model can flexibly register,modify and delete metadata,each datamodel corresponds to a automatic metadata extract plugin.finnaly achieve a multi-dimensional spatial datamanagement of metadata,data models and metadata constraints rules,lay the foundation for coal space dataof dynamic queries and publish.(2) Proposed raster data distribution technology based on the REST architecture ideas, extented theGeoServer open source project in order to achieving automatic batch of raster data publishing. Andimproved GeoWebCache tiles retrieval mechanism, reducing the number of comparisons of tiles;introduced slicing mechanism of combining pre-cut points with demand segmentation to accommodateboth static and dynamic mode image data release.Finally improved and enhanced the tile cutting andretrieval speed, thereby improving the user experience.(3)Pointed out data style rendering publishing technology of vector data.Customize thepoint,line,surface vector data symbol style using SLD,making the symbolic characteristics of the vector data can be published and shared,improving the vector data graphics richness and interactive querycapabilities.Based on the above techniques and methods,the autor design and development the network sharingand publishing platform of spatial information data, Achirevid the automatically publish of spatialdata,multi-layer superimpose,transparency control,tow-three dimensional display browse,metadatacombination of complex queries and so on.Provide solution for spatial information data sharing in differentunits or department.Finally use the Spatial data of Shendong mining to test the platform,those data includebasic vector layers,remote sensing images,thematic layers,on-site monitoring data.The test verified that thesystem can fully meet the demand of spatial data publishing services.
