The Research Of Land Use And Land Cover By The Information TUPU In Pingtan Island

Today’s global environmental change is increasingly fierce,Land use and land cover changes(LUCC) has been the focus and the frontier problem of global change research and it has been paid great attention by scientists all over the world.Since Reform and opening about30years,With the rapid development of our country economy and the increase of population, the pattern of land use and land cover has changed. The contradiction of the economical development and the ecological environment is more and more prominent and produce a serious negative effect for economic.So,The study about the dynamic change of LUCC and ecological environment effects in different areas is one of the important improbable for geography and environmental studies.This paper is based on landscape ecology,theory of land-use chang,geo-information TUPU,choosing Pingtan Island of Fuzhou city as the research area,and the remote sensing image of three times slots of2003,2009,2011year,and land-use data as the basic data,So as to obtain the land-use type information, establish land-use database of Pingtan Island by Arcgis9.3software, composing the land-use information TUPU, and corresponding Markov transition probably matrix in different time.The paper research the change of land-use from2003to2011year on the basic of the TUPU and matrix pattern, obtain the characteristic and evolution rules of the landscape pattern from2003to2009and2009to2011,the landscape pattern information TUPU and Markov transition probably matrix can not only simulate the dynamic process of the landscape pattern,but also reveal the evolution rules of ecological landscape pattern,speculate its development trend,which trend has practicality,and maneuverability to research of regional land-use pattern and the evolution trend and provide detailed scientific basis for the sustainable development for land-use decision of Pingtan Island of Fuzhou,The characteristics of land-use of Pingtan Island of Fuzhou in the year of2003,2009and2011were,1.Distribution pattern of land-use:agriculture land and forestland are main the landscape matrix,and wide distribution area,dry land is a main agriculture land,forestland is distributed in coastal, farmland, hills, which are the coastal shelterbelt, farmland shelterbelt, and soil and water conservation forest, the proportion of construction land is small and concentration in the total land area,construction land mainly concentrate in the center of the county,,township.However, with the commencement of large-scale development of Pingtan Island,the area of the construction land grow obviously, the area of grassland,water and unused land in the total land area,these change is relatively stable.2.In the sight of the change range of land use from2003to2011.In2003,the total area of land is27334.56hm2,the area of agriculture land is9686.85hm2,is accounted for35.44%in the total land area,the area of forestland is10275.41hm2,is accounted for37.59%,it is the largest type of land-use,construction land is2640.08hm2, is accounted for9.66%,grassland is1497.78hm, is accounted for5.48%,water is1557.31hm2,is accounted for5.69%,unused land is1677.13hm2, is accounted for6.14%.In2009,the total area of land is26216.78hm,the area of agriculture land reduce and is about7529.24hm2,is accounted for28.72%in the total land area,the area of forestland add to10546.21hm2,is accounted for40.23%,the construction land add significantly about3908.27hm2,is accounted for14.91%,the grass and,water,unused land change small about985.41hm2,1918.34hm2,1329.31hm2,is accounted for3.76%,7.32%,5.07%.In2011,the total area of land is27012.74hm2,the agriculture land and forestland are master the type of land use,about7029.02hm2,10964.82hm2,are accounted for3.76%,7.32%,the construction land add to5498.14hm2, is accounted for20.36%, the area of grassland reduce to895.48hm2,the area of water is1927.15hm2,the area of unused land is698.13hm2.In recent years,expanded construction land show that economic development of Pingtan Island gradually accelerate,and agriculture land change non-agriculture land,the gradual expansion of the scale of construction land.3.The land utilized degree.The research choose the data of land-use in2003,2011to calculate the land utilized degree of the different land-use types.The result of the land utilized degree is:the land utilized degree of forestland,construction land,waters is plus,which shows that the area of the three land-use is growing,The land utilized degree of construction land is the maximum in the all the land utilized degree of land-use type, up to13.53%,because of the rapidly economic development, and increase population,the land utilized degree of forestland is small,about0.83%,because of the coastal shelterbelt and soil conservation forest,the land utilized degree of agriculture land,grassland, the unused land is minus,about-3.42%、-5.02%and-7.29%,show that agriculture land,grassland, the unused land are occupied frequently and the area of them shrivel gradually.4.In the sight of the conversion of land use.The transfer direction and trends of land use is based on the land-use information TUPU and transfer matrix,the agriculture land mainly transfer to the construction land, forest land, The forestland mainly transfer to construction land,the grassland transfer to the agriculture land,the construction land, the forestland, the construction land transfer to the forestland, water, and unused land;the water and the unused land transfer to forestland, construction land and grassland.5.Analysis of the land-use landscape pattern change.The land-use landscape of Pingtan Island in recent years are In a word, the landscape heterogeneity increased step by step, and land-use developed towards diversity and evenness.6.The TUPU of the land-use growth trends.According to the space expansion intensity formula the of the annual land-use types,and according to local actual situation of the land-use type extension strength on Pingtan Island,the research grade to the land-use type,the agriculture land belong to the rapid contraction type,the forestland belong to the slower expansion type, the construction land belong to the rapid expansion type,the grassland is the slower contraction type,the water is a more stable type,the unused land belong to the slower contraction type.,7.The analysis of the driving forces of LUCC in the research area.Including of the natural driving force and social driving forces,topography,climate,precipitation and other factors,which the shelterbelt construction is an important manifestation for the natural driving force, resulting the forestland area growing,the social driving forces, level of urbanization,soc-economic factors,policies are the root cause of the increase of construction land,the area of the agriculture land, the unused land converted to urban and rural construction land, to meet the needs of the urban-scale development.
