Using the2.9fb-1data sample at√s=3.773GeV with the BES-Ⅲ detector at the BEPC-Ⅱ, we have studied the resonant substructure of the Cabibbo-suppressed decay modes D0'π+π-π0and D0'K+K-π0using the Dalitz plot technique. For the decay mode D0'π+π-π0, we observe significant contributions from the ρ+π-ρ-π+,ρ0π0, and non-resonant channels, and present preliminary results of the amplitudes, phases and fit fractions for these sub-modes, and also find the strong phase difference δD=δρ-π+-δρ+π-=178.4°±1.0°(357.30±1.00) and relative amplitude rD=αρ-π+/αρ+π-=0.696±0.009(0.697±0.009). This measurement indicates significant destructive interference between D0'π+(π-π0)ρ-and D0'π-(π+π0)ρ+in the Dalitz plot region where these two modes overlap. There are two different results because we change the defining sequence of the particle to construct the amplitude. For the decay mode D0'K+K-π0, we observe significant contributions from the K*+K-, K*-K-,φ(1020)π0, and non-resonant channels, and present preliminary results of the ampli-tudes, phases and fit fractions for these sub-modes, and also find the strong phase difference δD=δK*-K+-δK*+K-=318.4°±7.5°and relative amplitude rD=αK*-K+/αK*+K-=0.625±0.027. This measurement indicates significant destructive interference between D0'K+(K-π0)K*-and D0'K-(K+π0)K*+in the Dalitz plot region where these two modes overlap. These measurements give a good fundamental basis for the measurement of γ/φ3.
