Coal mining can cause great impact to the aquifer spatial partition of mining area, cause the change of aquifer structure, effect the regional change of groundwater circulation, and then cause the regional groundwater resource redistribution. Shanxi province is notrich of coal but lack of water, so we need to carefully study the fundamental solution ofwater resources shortage. Therefore, in order to protect the groundwater water, providetheoretical support of water source protecting during coal mining, more to promote theeconomy coordinated development quickly of mining area. It is very significant to researchthe space partition changes of aquifer spatial structure. The article selects four coal mines of the Changzhi basin as research area. After coalmining for some time, the Changzhi basin has appeared caving zone and fissure zone, caused the Changes of overlying aquifers. By collecting the geological data of the miningarea, the progress of Mining area and the drilling data, divide the strata in the study area.Combined with the computer three dimensional space simulation technology to establishthe three-dimensional stratum model and collapse model of the core research area. Basedon computer simulation data to calculate the height of water flowing fractured zone. Usingcomparative analysis method to analysis the influence range of aquifer space partitionchanges. For the further study of the regional spatial structure Heterogeneous evolutionwhich caused by coal mining, obtain the data of groundwater, to lay the foundation of theregional groundwater circulation.New innovative research methods has been used in this study, on the basic of orecluster mining, using the GIS technology as a platform, adopting the latest threedimensional modeling software MAPGIS K9, combining with the simulation data toanalyse the relative position with its overlying aquifer, predicted the influence area offracture and the influence range of aquifer space partition changes, semiquantitativelyanalyse the influence of the overlying aquifer after coal mining.
