With the development of marine programs, higher security and reliability are required fordeep-sea operation equipments. The experimental test is an important part of the detection ofthe performance of deep-sea operation equipments. As the device for the test of theperformance of deep-sea operation equipments, the requirement of the deep-sea pressureenvironment simulator is also rising. In order to guarantee the reliability of the detection ofdeep-sea operation equipments, the deep-sea pressure environmental simulator should bemaintained constant. Therefore, the research of the deep-sea pressure environment simulatorand its constant pressure control system is of great significance and practical value.In this paper, a deep-sea pressure environmental simulation test device——pressuretesting tank was developed according to the requirements and technical indicators of thepressure control system. By analyzing the regular pattern of pressure change, this paper hasmade a research on three pressure testing tank system under constant pressurecontrol——Accumulator control system,Hydraulic control system and Servo control system.Servo motor was chosen as the drive source of the constant pressure control system byanalysis and comparison. Based on the overall plan and the working principle of the constantpressure control system, selection and design of the system modules were finished with highprecision and high reliability in this article.Based on the specific function and parameters of each component of the pressure testingtank constant pressure control system, this paper established the transfer function of testcontrol module pressure testing tank pressure mathematical model and system for simulationexperiments on the control system. In connection with the problems raised by P control suchas low speed and poor anti-interference, this paper designed the PID controller and conductedsimulation experiments with a result that high speed and strong anti-interference is achievableby employing PID controller.The traditional PID controller parameter can not be adjusted once it is identified in thewhole control process. In order to heighten precision of the pressure testing tank constantpressure control system and to achieve better control performance, fuzzy PID controller isdesigned based on the PID controller and fuzzy control theory. Aiming at the steady-stateresponse, mutant and slow response of pressure in the pressure testing tank, feasibility and real-time of the proposed method has been verified by simulation experiments, and comparedwith the traditional PID control method, fuzzy PID controller can response faster and hasstronger anti-interference ability.According to the control effect of the pressure testing tank under constant pressurecontrol system, this paper set up a test platform of the system and did experimental study onthe control of the pressure testing tank. With the different target pressure value in the constantvoltage control range, this paper did research on the steady control precision of the pressuretesting tank under constant pressure control system, the result meeting the requirements oftechnical indicators. As the liquid volume in the the pressure testing tank vary suddenly andslowly under different pressures at different speeds with corresponding size, this paperanalyzed the maximum deviation of the pressure in the pressure testing tank, the resultmeeting the requirements of technical indicators.
