In recent years,marine technology has developed rapidly and countries have gradually increased their exploitation of marine resources.The development of the oceans cannot be separated from the detection of oceanic elements.With the deepening of marine exploration,higher requirements are placed on the development of oceanographic detection technology and marine equipment.For pressure detection in marine elements,the project team designed a piston-type seawater pressure measurement device that can measure the pressure of a large range of seawater and measure the change in the pressure of seawater.This article focuses on the experimental exploration of the measurement device control system.First,the working principle of the piston type seawater pressure measuring device is described.The volume of the liquid under pressure changes,and this change is a certain rule.The piston deep sea pressure measuring device changes the internal pressure by controlling the volume change of the pressure vessel inside the device.Under the action of the control system,the pressure is balanced with the external seawater pressure of the device.The seawater pressure is equivalently calculated by measuring the volume change.The system passes a small range difference.Pressure sensing measures small pressure changes.Then,according to the method and target of measuring pressure,design the control system of piston type seawater pressure measuring device.It mainly includes the servo motor that drives the piston movement,the acquisition of pressure and displacement signals,and the industrial control computer that is the control core.In order to further improve the control system's balance response,a two-dimensional fuzzy PID controller is designed for the nonlinear changes of system control objects in seawater of different depths.Finally,the piston type seawater pressure measuring device control system was completed,an experimental platform was built,and pressure balance,absolute pressure measurement,and minute pressure measurement experiments were performed on the experimental platform.Under the pressure of 1000 Kpa,the maximum error of the pressure is 25.91 Kpa.After the device is equilibrated at 2000 Kpa,the small pressure change can be accurately measured with an accuracy of 0.019 Kpa.
