With the continuous development of satellite navigation technology, satellite navigationproductions have been used wildly. In recent years, even though China’s satellite navigationsystem has been increasingly constructed, which has been greatly promoted the R&D andyielding of the user equipment, these equipment are under different levels, that means not all ofthe equipment could meet our demand. In order to ensure rapid development of the receivingequipment industry, It is of great significance to establish a set of strict equipment testspecification, and to evaluate the performance of these user equipment in a method scientificlyand accurately. This paper first introduces the basic structure and working mode of the satellite navigationequipment test system. The author has done some related researches according to GNSS BasicReceiver’s key indicators of performance test method. Through the analysis of two differentmodes of the user equipment ’s principle of work, as well as the relationship between the varioustest projects and the performance of the receiving equipment, these researches have analysisrespectively for RNSS sensitivity, ranging code acquisition time, ranging accuracy, time to firstfix, multi-channel time delay consistency, positioning precision, autonomous integrity test andRDSS Bit error Rate, bidirectional zero and range accuracy of positioning, positioning function, communication function and the success rate of location reporting function, and then find themethod to test them which proved to be practical and feasible. On this basis, test system databaseis established using SQL2000, and the user equipment test data evaluation software is developedon C#.NET platform, which achieve the test equipment evaluation to automatic batch.
