The paper is depended on the theory of tapering reservoir description, applying reservoir geology n exploiting geology and reservoir engineering theories and methods, based on the understanding of the geological characteristics of the reservoir, making the analysis of changes of productivity of reservoir in Yan9of Shan92region of the Jing’an oilfield, the feature of breakthrough of water, the characteristics of rising water and the law of changes of reservoir pressures, making the policy of the development technique by using production practice, petroleum reservoir engineering demonstration and the methods of numerical analogue, proposing the adjustment measures in detail which provides an important guiding significance for improving reservoir development efficiency.The main conclusions:(1) The productivity factor and fluid productivity index are closely related with the water content ratio. With the increase of water cut, the productivity factor goes downward steadily. In the middle-low time of containing water content, the fluid productivity index declines smoothly. But, in the high containing water time, it goes upward speedily.The delayed injection water is the main reason accounting for the decrease of productivity in the early days. With the injection water supplying for the producing energy, the productivity remains stable and goes upward.(2) The form of the research area includes going upward accounting for31.76%、 remaining stable accounting for51.76%and the water breakthrough accounting for16.47%.The cycle is2to4months.The form of the water breakthrough chiefly is the edge-bottom water.The number of the wells of this form accounts for78.6%.The main effect factors are the microtectonics between wells、the aeolotropism the degree of the develop of the edge-bottom water、the stratigraphic position of perforation and the water intake per unit thickness. The whole water content ratio is smaller. Merely the southwest is affected by the edge-bottom water, there are many drowned wells which have no obvious orientations.(3) The optimum well network of the reservoir in Yan9of Shan92region is square revolt nine spots. The rational spacing between wells is250m and the rightful well spacing density is16well/km2;The feasible pressure stays about77.9%and the minimum flow pressure is1.23MPa.The maximal infusion pressure of the down-flow well is11.24MPa~13.86MPa, and the maximal drawdown pressure is about7.34MPa; The rational injection of single well in one day is27m3/d-33m3/d and the injected gas-oil ratio is about1.3.The liquid production per unit thickness is0.74m3/d.m~0.94m3/d.m and the oil production rate is1.86%.
