Wang gongwan landslide is locate in Sanjiao village of town Zhenlong of Pingchang County; landslide front elevation is737m, rear elevation is763m, and relative elevation is about26m; length of landslide longitudinal is about160m; the horizontal width is about90m; average thickness of landslide is about4.0m, and its volume is about5.76x104m3. The landslide belongs to the small landslides; its body is the silty clay; the sliding surface is a base interface; slide bed is sandy mudstone; occurrence is about25°∠6°. Wang gongwan landslide is obvious signs in the back of the landslide, trailing edge of landslide is the inside of the playground of Little Swan Yucai School; the left side is bounded by a steep cliff edge; the right side is bounded by LF06; there is no obvious evidence of deformation at leading edge. Its main sliding direction is351°. its threatens Primary school, cultivated land, and township roads.In this paper, on the basis of fully collecting relevant data, illustrates the engineering geological characteristics of the landslide, analysis the forming condition of landslide and study mechanism of landslide deformation. Through field collection of rock and soil samples, with the help of indoor experimental by inversion, mechanics parameters of the landslide was obtained. Use Lizheng geotechnical software and transfer coefficient method to check and calculate the stability factor of landslide under three conditions:1, natural state,2, rainstorm state,3, earthquake state. The analysis shows:the landslide is stable to steady state, but in the rainstorm condition except for the2-2’, the other profile is in unstable state. Because of the particularity and the importance of project effective and timely treatment measures should be taken. On the basis of the analysis of stability, two kinds of control schemes of landslide engineering are designed. Through comparison and selection, recommends use the comprehensive scheme of management measure, that is anti-slide pile, drainage ditches and drains.Finally, use numerical simulation of FLAC3D to simulate the landslide stability under different conditions, verify the previous conclusions, at the same time, simulate its stability under the most unfavorable condition after measurements. The result shows that the control scheme is feasible and effective. Through Wang gongwan landslide stability analysis and project management research, summarize the characteristics of the landslide engineering of stability analysis and the characteristics of the design of the governance program, It is also a good example of the landslide engineering analysis, research and management in the future.
