China's mountainous area accounts for over 70% of its land area.Along with the rapid development of the economy and acceleration of urbanization,exploitable land has been in short in supply,so the utilization and development of mountainous areas have become the best choice to solve the problem in land shortage.During the process of mountain construction,there exist not only natural landslides but also many landslides induced by unreasonable human interventions.At present,we have carried out a lot of landslide control work that has protected many lives of local residents and their properties.However,whether the landslide can be further developed and utilized,especially whether the residential quarter can be built after landslide control,has become technical challenges in front of many researchers.This paper uses Geo Studio and FLAC3 D numerical simulation software to analyze and study the feasibility of building residential houses in landslide areas after landslide disaster being treated.It is of great research value to study prevention and control engineering on the protection of buildings,deformation control,and construction and development of mountainous areas.It also provides reference value and design basis for disaster prevention and control of building sites in similar landslip areas in the future.The main research results are as follows(1)In this paper,the causes and inducing factors of landslides are analyzed in detail,as well as the impact of landslides on the stability and deformation of landslides under proposed residential buildings and rainfall.(2)Through the limit equilibrium method and Geo Studio software,the stability and deformation of landslide areas under different working conditions such as rainfall,earthquake and building load are simulated,which lays the foundation for the design of subsequent deformation control measures.(3)This paper studies the control measures of landslide deformation,puts forward the requirements of deformation control on landslide mass,proposed residential building and prevention and control engineering,and designs corresponding deformation control measures.The construction will enhance the deformation of the landslide,affect the control of the prevention and control engineering on the deformation of buildings,and studying the impact of construction sequences on the landslide,proposed residential buildings and prevention and control engineering can reduce the deformation of landslides and residential buildings,and prevent the deformation control measures to be damaged under the construction work.(4)The software FLAC3 D is used to simulate the landslides,proposed residential buildings and deformation control measures.The simulation data,field monitoring,and the anti-slide pile inclinometer data are compared and analyzed to calculate the maximum deformation of anti-slide piles and displacement of proposed residential buildings,thus evaluating the control effect of the deformation control measures on proposed residential buildings.
