In particular, meny geologicaldisasters caused by excessive cutting down trees and mining mineral caused a greatloss to our people’s life and property directly.As a rich minerals province, Liao Ning has played a huge role in support of thedevelopment of two Famous economic delta regions during the more than30yearsChina reform. And she even suffered crazy mining in the period of Japaneseoccupation and The Great Leap Forward. At present, there are plenty of mines thathave been already closed down or abandoned, thay are hidden danger to the airenvironment and the living environment of the residents around the mines. Basedon the above reasons, how to economically and effectively govern those miningproblems in our province and how to return the natural scenery to our people willbecome a significant study topic.Duration the "green mountains project" that is started by the government ofLiao Ning province in2011, thus, this paper chooses The project about theGovernance of Damage Mountain of Xin Xin Quarry in Liao Ning Province as anexample.
