The Research Of The Governance Of The Geological Disaster Of Damage Mountain Of Liao Ning Ba Li Brick

Along with the rapid development of economy, the scale and strength of mining are increasingly enlarging, hence the different levels of geological disasters caused by mining geological environment problems have greatly damaged people’s lives and property which is becoming one of the current most serious ecological environmental issues. Therefore, in order to promote rapid development of construction of Chinese ecological civilization, the mining geological environmental governance is urgent.The mineral resources are rich in Liaoning Province, but due to the wrong development policy of “disorderly developing without well governing” over the past few years, as well as disorderly excessive exploiting, that result in geological disaster problems existing in most mining areas of Liaoning province and seriously restrict the sustainable development of the local economy. Therefore, the conflict between resources and environment becomes more prominent. At present, there are a huge number of closed and abandoned mines in Liaoning province, so geological disasters as well as ecological problems are becoming increasingly serious.In order to thoroughly implement the scientific concept of development, to achieve the overall revitalization of Liaoning province, to improve resource environment and to build green Liaoning Province with sustainable development, provincial Party committee and provincial government proposed the "Green Hill Project" in 2009,the people’s livelihood and public mind project. Though " Green Hill Project" study of broken mountain governance projects of west Bali brick factory, situated in eight mile town, Haicheng City, Liaoning Province in 2013, combined with environmental factors and topography feature of the governing regions, experienced the geological survey, the entire project design and construction process. Managementproject makes the project area restore planting areas of food and cash crop by the process of backfilling the pit ponds and loss, cutting slopes, smoothing platform, low-lying areas backfilled with earthwork, stratification compaction and so on, summarize construction priorities and technical difficulties that exist in the construction organization and design, make comments to project design and construction, help control and research of geological disaster and provide a reference to the governance of such genre of work of geological disasters.
