Bolivia is located in the Midwest of America. Its terrain structure is complex, theeastern region is the oldest platform region of the Precambrian metamorphic, thecentral basin is in the Phanerozoic time, and the west area is located in the center ofone of the most important metallogenic belt Andean fold belt. This area is affected bytectonic movement and deformation and metamorphism, whether it is the faultscontrolling ore or the fold layer controlling ore, they all have suffered the erosion ofthe regional dynamic metamorphic hydrothermal and magmatic hydrothermal. Thisarea is the region of polymetallic ore concentration in South America.In this paper, based on the study of the characteristics of Bolivia satellite gravityanomaly field and mineral distribution, we study the relationship between regionalstructure and advantages of mineral distribution of Bolivia through the comprehensivetreatment of satellite gravity data interpretation. We delineate the distribution area ofthe advantageous mineral resources in Bolivia, and concluded the potential areas ofmineralization. This work provides a basis of geophysical prospecting and mineralinformation for exploration and evaluation of database of overseas mineral resources.The main contents are as follows:1) In order to obtain the effectively gravity anomaly of Bolivia,we have studied thegravity anomaly processing technology.2) We obtain the Bouguer gravity anomaly data of Bolivia based on the calculationof the original data, and the processing method includes optimized filter toremove interference on the original satellite gravity data, the middle layer andterrain corrections. Including filtering, the original satellite gravity data in themiddle layer and terrain corrections;3) We infer and division the fracture and structure of Bolivia, and make apreliminary geological analysis by using the gravity anomaly and its processingresults.4) We have made comparative interpretation of the genetic types of the typicaltungsten tin silver polymetallic and the characteristics of the satellite gravityanomaly of Bolivia. Moreover, we make correspondence analysis of the gravity anomaly inversion results and Euler deconvolution results to sum up the law offorming and distribution of Bolivia tungsten tin antimony polymetallic deposits.5) We identified important metallogenic zones in Bolivia based on the analysis andsummary of the metallogenic regularity, and delineate the ore prospecting areas.6) This paper summarizes the technical methods which using satellite gravityanomaly and geological data to make further analysis of geological units and faultdistribution. And it also provides the technical support of using the large scalesatellite data in mineral resources exploration.
