With the development of technology, the requirements of the people have enabledfabrication of complicated counterfeit products. PAA, as a low cost and very simple thin film,it have been attracted extensive attention worldwide. Moreover, PAA as a colorimetric sensorcan be use for explosives detection were explored and developed. Because of PAA with largesurface area through its porous structure. Therefore, this paper studied the relationshipbetween the Structural Color of PAA membrane and electrochemical preparation conditions.In order to improve the color saturation and enhance the mechanical strength of the samples,Meanwhile, It will be more useful if the PAA film could have novel Characters. We depositethe nonmagnetic Ag@PAA composite films and the magnetic Co@PAA composite film by aAC electro-deposition method. The structure and characteristics of the PAA composite filmsare characterized, the details as follow:1.PAA embedded Ag with iridescent colors were fabricated by using an ACelectrochemical deposition technique. It was found that by changing the oxidation time of thealuminum in a phosphoric acid electrolyte, porous anodic alumina composite films can bemade to have different colors. Compared to the color saturation of alumina films, the colorssaturation of PAA/Ag composite films was dramatically increased. It provides experimentalresults for iridescent patterns that were prepared by an organics-assisted method. PAA/Agfilms with structural color can be used in many areas, it could meet the requirements of theanti-counterfeiting technology.2.In order to obtain a low diameter pores of the ordered PAA templates, the sample withdifferent colors was prepared in the sulfuric acid. Compared to the oxidation in phosphoricacid and oxalic acid, the diameter pores of PAA templates in the sulfuric acid was very low, itmay allow for the preparation of ordered nanowires arrays of high aspect-ratio. In addition,we deposite Co on the films anodized in the sulfuric acid by a AC electro-deposition method.It is interesting that ultra-narrow pores diameter appear and Co was non-uniform distributedon the films surface, the magnetism of PAA composite film was improved after depositing Co.The magnetic mechanism was studied by fan-shaped distribution of the magnetic moments, itresults from the competition between shape anisotropy and magnetocrystalline anisotropy.
