With the development of society and the progress of science technology, humandependence on water is more and more big. However,water resource on the earth is severelyshort. Therefore,in order to alleviate the contradiction between supply and demand,findingnew ways of direct groundwater detection is extremely urgent. MRS(Magnetic ResonanceSounding)is currently the only trenchless type of direct groundwater detection methods. TEM(Transient Electromagnetic Method) is an indirect groundwater detection method in recentyears. MRS-TEM groundwater detection method is combined with the two kinds of methods,complementary technology each other. On the basis of it,we have developed MRS-TEMCombined Use Groundwater Detection Instrument.This paper takes MRS-TEM Combined Use Groundwater Detection Instrument as test andcalibration object,develops an indoor test and calibration platform for the instrument,which isone of the related equipments of. The existing instruments can’t be tested and calibrated in theroom,so the thesis provides an indoor test and calibration method,in order to detect whetherthe instrument can work normally and calibrate it systematically. Combining with simulatedtransport test rig,we could do on-line vibration test for MRS-TEM Combination Instrument.The platform can be used to test the system reliability and stability when the instrument isworking,measure the instrument key performance parameters,so it could guarantee theaccuracy and unity of the instrument measurement,eventually improve the success rate andaccuracy of the field experiment. At the same time,to a great extent,it saves the manpower,material and financial resources. The most important aspect is to establish a set of standards forthe instrument test and calibration,set specifications for nuclear magnetic test,lay a foundationfor further test to MRS-TEM test method,also provide design reference for the late instrumentimprovement. There is very important significance to more widely application of MRS-TEMCombination Instrument.According to research contents,problems to be solved are as follow:the generation of MRS analog signal problem, synchronous signal trigger problem, indoor simulationtransmitter coil and receiving coil,simulated field turbulence and vibrating in the process oftransportation problem. To solve above problems, this paper research contents include:understanding the basic principle of MRS and TEM;analyzing the characteristics of MRSsignal and designing MRS simulation signal source;realizing Sync signal trigger;structuredesign of indoor simulation transmitter coil and receiving coil;test,results analysis andcalibration of MRS-TEM Combination Instrument based on the platform.After a large number of indoor experiments,in this paper the Indoor Test and CalibrationPlatform for MRS-TEM Combined Use Groundwater Detection Instrument works normallyand stably,measures accurately,has achieved the desired design requirements. It has laid afoundation for further testing to, also provided design reference for improvement ofMRS-TEM Combined Use Groundwater Detection Instrument.
