Anionic surfactant is one of the major components of synthetic detergents, It enters the water after gathered in other particle surface, generate foam or the occurrence of emulsified phenomenon, which block the exchange of oxygen in water, resulting in deterioration of water. As in the daily life, industry and other areas widely, waste water in emissions into the measured increase, for, lakes and rivers water pollution is more and more serious. Therefore anionic surfactant has become one of the important indexes of water quality monitoring.Currently anionic surfactant monitoring analysis methods mainly USES is the methylene blue spectrophotometric method, in this operation steps, vulnerable to various operating condition the influence. The solution acidity, the colour-display reagent dosage, show color time, extraction times, the demulsifier, interference factors will influence the accuracy of experimental results and exact.In this paper, the determination of anionic surfactants in process and the factors affecting the determination conditions were analyzed, through experiments, the influence of various parameters determination results are measured, the optimum experimental conditions, and used the determination conditions for on-site validation experiment, evaluation and the accuracy of precision measuring results of sexual meets the quality control requirements, while the lowest detect limit and reduce the determination of extraction agent experiment, the determination results satisfactory accuracy and precision.This innovative point is:by experimental analysis, quantitative method of determining parameter, proposes the best determination conditions.
