| As a precision mechanical transmission component,ball screw pairs are widely used in precision machinery,CNC machine tools and other mechanical products.Ball screw pairs are evolving towards high speed,high precision and high reliability,and their performance directly affects manufacturing equipment.The development of ball screw pairs in China has been relatively rapid,but reliability and precision retention remain key factors constraining further development.This article focuses on the precision retention of precision ball screw pairs and conducts some research in this area.Firstly,the mechanism of precision loss in ball screw pairs is analyzed,and a precision loss model for ball screw pairs is established.Based on the current theoretical research,the mechanical characteristics and kinematic characteristics of precision ball screw pairs are analyzed.Combined with Hertz theory and Archard theory,the contact characteristics and motion laws of the ball,nut and screw contact surfaces are studied,providing theoretical support for further research on precision retention.A research test bench for precision retention is designed and constructed,and the structural system and measurement and control system of the test bench are introduced.The test bench does not require disassembling the tested samples and meets the requirements for online detection of friction torque and positioning accuracy.The functional requirements for the design of measurement software are proposed,the control flow of the software control system is formulated,and the specifications for conducting precision retention tests are introduced.According to the functional requirements of the test bench,hardware and software testing systems for precision retention tests are designed.An overall plan for online detection of precision indicators is designed,and the measurement principles are explained.The friction torque measurement system is implemented using Lab VIEW language,with a focus on sensor selection and communication between software and hardware,including the main functions of the friction torque measurement software.Finally,precision retention tests are conducted on ball screw pairs from different manufacturers domestically and internationally,and the factors affecting precision retention are analyzed.The tests analyze the variation of precision wear of ball screw pairs at different speeds,which is in basic agreement with the established precision loss model,providing technical means for experimental research on precision retention. |
