Study On Improving The Single-Stroke Output Of Texaco Gasifier

The gasifier of our enterprise is Texaco single-nozzel gasifier and the rawcoal is the high-sulfur coal of Beisu Coal Mine. First of all, the water coal slurryis sent to High-Pressure Coal Slurry Pump to be pressurized and then put intothe gasifier to react with oxygen gas. Then, the reaction, the coal water slurryturns into water coal gas. After, the water coal will be washed away solidparticles included in it and then sent to be converted and purified. Finally it isput into Methanol Synthesis Reactor and made into Methanol. The gas which isproduced by Texaco Gasifier is used to produce coal methanol. The output ofTexaco Gasifier is one of the key factors to the output of Methano and is also avery important economic indicator. Therefore, under a severe financial crisissituation, the economic operation efficiency of production equipments is closelyrelated to the survival of a coal and chemical enterprise. There are manymethods to increase the output of gasifier under the same coal slurry stroke.This thesis will analyze the influences on the output of a gasifier from thefollowing aspects such as raw coal, coal slurry concentration, slurry ash content,ratio of oxygen to coal, gasification pressure and so on. Then the thesis willseek the optimized direction to enhance the economic benefits of gasifier, andeventually increase the production and reduce the consumption of the coal andchemical industrial to maintain its own dynamic survival and development.
