| Aiming at the low pressure air separation process of distillation processsimulation, parameter analysis lay the foundation for further optimization of. This set ofair separation process including Molecular sieve adsorption purification,boosterexpansion turbine, structured packing tower (tower, crude argon column, refining argontower) to preparation of oxygen (LO2), nitrogen (LN2) and Pure argon.The calculation of simulation is the precondition and key of the process design.This dissertation using process simulation software PRO/â…¡as a platform for thecalculation of the air separation distillation process model to calculate the processdistillation system described.In the distillation tower,The lifting gas and dirty liquid fullcontact rectification, In the top of the tower to get low pressure nitrogen, the maincondensing into liquid nitrogen, as part of the lower tower reflux, a portion of the throttlevalve after fed to the upper column and storage tank. In the tower at the bottom of theliquid air and a lower tower in the lower part of the waste liquid after cooler is sent to theupper column, product liquid oxygen, liquid nitrogen, oxygen and nitrogen, from thetower bottom argon fraction after extraction of crude argon and argon column multipledistillation product liquid argon.Through the debugging of simulation, summed up the method to improve the yieldof oxygen, argon and extracted rate. At the same time, the influence of rectification effectparameters such as reflux ratio change, cold quantity is rich or not and the argon columnthe liquid air and liquid nitrogen quantity change of in-depth research, through theadjustment of system parameters.The extracted rate of oxygen and nitrogen is more than90%, and the extracted rate of argon is more than80%, the purity of oxygen, nitrogen andargon can get99.7%,7ppm and1.9ppm. The simulation results and field data arebasically consistent, show that the selected thermodynamic method and simulationparameters correctly, the next step for the parameter optimization of foundation. |
