| Sulige Gas Field is located in the northwestern Erdos basin, went across Shanbei slope,YiMeng uplift and Tianhuan depression three tectonic units, the exploration area is4xl04km2and the natural gas geology resources is3.8×1012m3. The realization of economical and effective development in Sulige Gas Field, has very important strategic significance for playing a pivotal role of the Changqing gas zone and ensuring long-term safety and stable gas supply of the East China region, stimulate the continuous, effective and harmonious development of China Petroleum.According to the analysis of current gird operation condition in Sulige Gas Field, focusing on the existed problem, firstly, via two-phase flow simulation software to make the research about flow type feature in pipeline work, finally obtaining flow type charts for four different condition. According to the flow rate of gas and liquid respectively, combining hypsography and the rate of holding liquid, we can make it clear about different flow type, corresponding to different condition. Focusing on the condition about slug flow, blocking the pipeline in the process of pigging, we simulated the parameters about pigging process in four different conditions, on the basis of comparative analysis about the result of simulation, it is suggested that the flow rate in the second condition during the process of pigging is acceptable. Carrying out the optimizing research about branch-main line concatenation, including patterns of concatenation, the number of wells about concatenation, the relationship of pressure in wells, etc. The research result can provide basis for later period of production in the process of reforming surface grid.The study on natural gas hydrate plugging condition is predicted, with three pipe as an example, a hydrate forecast map is simulated and the hydrate and hydrate formation position can be judged.The anti risk capability of pipe network is studied, according to unforeseen circumstances and gas gathering line accident,the impact on different well and raw material gas distribution will be simulated and analysised. Finally, the ground technology reformative project is discussed and appropriate suggestions is provided. |
