The Code Construction Of Textile Fabrics Based On The Electronic Commerce

Recent years, Information construction has been highly pursued by textile industries and enterprises, which can achieve the goal to excavate production potential, improve the comprehensive competitiveness of the industry and industrial optimization and upgrading with an orderly, efficient and fast management.With the development of economic globalization and e-commerce, information systems which originally operated by itself shows a intense need to exchange information, information communication and resource sharing become an irresistable trend. However, the information exchange between the systems was in fact hampered due to the lack of unified and standard name as well as code of textiles in our country.Under the premise of sufficiently communication, market research and the control of current industry situation with the regional textile enterprises, trade enterprises, market circulation institutions, this paper combines with the informatization development model of textile industry, proposes and builds the textile fabrics coding system.Chemical fiber fabrics coding follow the basic principles and methods, code structure developed by the relevant national standards. The textile fabrics encoding adopts all-digital composite code, which is composited by the name code, attribute code. Textile fabric name code adopts5series order code. Textile fabrics property code adopts12features combination code, which is composited by the textile fabrics attribute code. This paper aims at the property of chemical fiber fabrics to classify and code system by the numbers, which contains the presentation of property characteristics of woven, knitted and non-woven fabric respectively.The encoding fully consider the status quo of China’s textile industry to adapt to the development of the textile industry, coding formulation has an active effect to promote the informatization construction of textile industry, achieve information exchange, resource sharing, and promote the e-commerce construction of the textile industry.
