Magnet wire is widely used in metallurgical, petrochemical, aerospace,electronics and military departments, such as filtration materials, shielding materials,electrode materials, textile goods, metal fiber reinforced complex sets of materialsand precision components winding. Magnet wire can be divided into the enameledwire around the envelope and inorganic insulated magnet wire. The inorganicinsulating magnet wire is used inorganics as wire insulation. The type of insulationhave variety of glass ceramic material, a metal oxide film and the glass. Inorganicsinsulated winding wire has the advantage of particularly good heat resistance, theability of various organic solvents,that which has good corrosion resistance, has avery excellent radiation resistance.In order to study preparation process and properties of nickel-plating copperwire the glass film coated use orthogonal experimental study. Self-madeexperimental apparatus around the sample soft test;using OM, SEM observation andanalysis of the glass film coated with nickel-plated copper surface tissue interface;thermal shock test analysis method to study the metal/glass layer resistance heatresistance test; the breakdown voltage test equipment test glass film coated nickelplated copper wire, dielectric breakdown voltage. The experimental results showthat:(1) Film pulling system is used to prepare glass film-coated nickel-platedcopper, and its interface to the diffusing binding, while there is mechanical bonding.(2) Using the film pulling prepared magnet wire, surface-coated glass film, inthe nickel-plated copper glass film having a good dense, smooth surface.(3) When the thickness of the glass film is80μm about a good windingtoughness, when the thickness of the glass film is greater than150μm, it can notmeet the requirements of the magnet wire on the bobbin toughness.(4) Experiments show that when the tensile membrane rate and test temperature in a suitable range, meet the glass material feed at the same time, using themembrane prepared glass film thickness can be controlled in which has a good soft.(5) Using the diameter and the thickness of the glass film pull the membraneprepared glass film coating of the breakdown voltage of the nickel-plated copper andcopper. When the wire diameter of the copper wire is constant, the breakdownvoltage and the thickness of the glass film of a linear variation.
