Now days,the multi-rope friction hoist is widely used in coal mine production.Its principle is that the multiple steel wire ropes is drived simultaneously by the friction pad in the drum rope groove and complete the lifting of the container.There will be a problem of whether the tension is balanced when the multiple steel wire ropes are lifted together.Due to the frequent use of the hoist,it is easily to appear tension difference between the multiple steel wire ropes.Under normal circumstances,the tension difference is controlled by the installed tension balance device to ensure the even force of the wire rope.However,the balance device sometimes loses the balance function due to various reasons,and causes the uneven force of the wire rope,resulting in inconsistent service life of the wire rope,which brings safety risks.Therefore,if the tension of the steel wire rope can be detected in real time by a device,and understand the current tension state of each steel wire rope,it will has important guiding significance for ensuring the safe operation of the multi-rope friction hoist.A new type of wire rope tension detection device and detection system are devised in this thesis through analyzing the development status of wire rope tension detection technology at home and abroad and the current common detection methods,as well as the force state and dynamic state of the wire rope in actual operation.The specific structure is designed by analyzing the tension calculation theoretical basis.The detection work of the device was simulated by simulating the field working environment in the laboratory.And the measurement formula of the device is obtained by carring out error experiment and compile the least square method with MATLAB.The detection system is designed with a control circuit with STC15 series single-chip microcomputer as the core.The four-channel tension data is collected and processed by resistance-type strain sensor and dual-integral A/D converter,and be sent to the DGUS LCD screen for real-time display;The LoRa wireless transmission module is designed to sent the data to the upper computer.The upper computer is designed to analyze the tension data with a data management system that combines the LabVIEW monitoring platform and the Access database to display the tension change status of the steel wire rope in real time.In order to eliminate the noise,the wavelet transform and wavelet denoising theory are studied,and the wavelet denoising program is designed by LabVIEW and MATLAB mixed programming to realize the accurate extraction of the tension signal.Through the laboratory simulation debugging,the detection device can better simulate the field working state stably.The sensor measurement data is accurate,the LCD screen and the host function display the tension changes accurately and in real time.The results meet the design requirements and can be used in the field wire rope tension testing of multi-rope friction hoist.
