Through detailed understanding of the current research in cement dispersant ofpolycarboxylic acid, and to consult and analyze some alkenyl sulfonic acid at homeand abroad, four new allyl sulfonate monomer has been synthesized on the basis ofimprovement.Two kinds of aliphatic allyl solfonate monomer, water-soluble3-allyloxy-2-hydroxy-1-sodium propanesulfonate (AHPS) and oil-soluble fatty amineallyl sulfonate, structure and purity of AHPS is characterized by infrared spectrum,nuclear magnetic resonance hydrogen spectrum(H-NMR) and iodine volume methodindirectly; And also the other one by infrared spectrum and iodine volume methodindirectly. What’s more, through the single factor determination of syntheticconditions, two benzene rings of allyl sulfonate monomer has also been mainlysynthesized, namely Allyl ether p-benzenesulfonate (AEBS) and Methallyl etherp-benzenesulfonate (MAEBS), and their structure and purity is characterized by thehigh pressure liquid chromatography (HPLC), infrared spectrum and H-NMR.Meanwhile, on the basis of the determined experiment plan instead of methallylsulfonate, and with the same molar weight and mass concentration, MAEBS is firstselected for good polymerization activity and the fluidity of initial cement slurry infour new allyl sulfonate monomer.Then, for MAEBS and AEBS, according to the further determination of the bestpolymerization condition and the fluidity of initial cement slurry on the samecondition, the polymer that is used MAEBS has better dispersibility. At the same time,by gel permeation chromatography(GPC), we find that the polycarboxylic acid usedMAEBS not only has the consistent trends between the ratio in the weight molecularof the polymer and the fluidity of initial cement slurry, but also has moderatemolecular weight and the coefficient of dispersion. So it’s a kind of good dispersant.The result of experiment shows: the experiment not only has selected the best allylsulfonate monomer MAEBS, improving the liquidity of concrete, to a certain extent,but also has changed the actuality of less allyl sulfonate species in the market at homeand abroad, to further reduce the cost of polycarboxylic acid and expand the market.In a word, the polycarboxylic acid used MAEBS will be a good prospect.
