Urbanization is a common, important social and economic phenomenon; it is theinevitable result of human development and progress. However, urbanization in the time ofpromotion to change people’s way of life, in the urban area as the foundation for humansubsistence land resources, especially arable land and ecological environment has a greatchallenge, make the process of urbanization is facing tremendous pressure.The study as ShangLin County an example, using TM remote sensing image data of the2005and2011,the soil type map and Shanglin County farmland soil physical characters andsoil nutrient index sample data, analyzes the Shanglin County in2005-2011years of urbangrowth pattern and its impact on soil resources; generated the change of land use map by usingRS technology, using the Kriging interpolation of GIS and statistical methods on soil physicalcharacters and soil nutrient indexes of spatial interpolation, based on the ArcGIS9.3modelbuilder constructs the comprehensive evaluation of soil quality in Shanglin county land model,finally elaborated in the process of urbanization, soil quality loss status. The main resultsinclude the following:(1) processing of remote sensing image data. In this paper, using ERDAS9.1software forprocessing downloaded in2005and2011TM remote sensing image, geometric correction,image cropping, the image spectral enhancement and the combination of bands for getting theremote sensing image Shanglin County, then interprets according to the interpretation and getsthe maps of land use types of two times in Shanglin County; Then use the Shanglin County in2005to the current land use map and2011land use change survey map to verify the remotesensing interpretation results, found that the two period interpretation precision of each class ismore than88%; The last analyses the losses of soil resources and land in Shanglin county overthe past6years the town of temporal and spatial variation characteristics. In2005-2011years,Shanglin County town area increased by54.52hm2, the average annual growth area of9.09hm2.Among them, urban encroachment on cultivated land is occupied85.62%of the total, while the73.84%is occupied by high quality paddy soil types, development of visible urbanization hasadversely affected soil resources quality of Shanglin county. (2) Using the geostatistics of spatial analysis and Kriging interpolation function, on soilphysical characters and soil nutrient indexes of spatial interpolation. The results indicated that:the cultivated land in Shanglin County Soil texture is good, mainly in the sand loam, loam, clay,the second is the clay loam and sandy soil; farmland Shanglin topsoil thickness, distribution of20-22cm is the most, followed by22-24cm and18-20cm, the distribution is less than18cm less.Learned from the interpolation results of soil organic matter, total nitrogen and availablepotassium of the three nutrient, Shanglin County Soil fertility of cultivated land quality ingeneral, illustrate the Shanglin county farmland needs to improve soil fertility quality throughthe improvement of soil fertility etc.(3) Combines the advantages of RS and GIS, through the selection of slope, soil texture,seven kind evaluation indexes, construct the comprehensive evaluation of soil quality inShanglin County Cultivated model. The evaluation results show that: the cultivated land inShanglin County Soil quality overall level is better, a level of cultivated land and two cultivatedthe proportion reached78%, and is mainly distributed in the Bai Xu town, Xiang Xian town,Ming Liang town, Da Feng town and Cheng Tai town.(4) Learned form the Shanglin County in2005-2011years of urban expansion ofdatabase and soil quality grade database for spatial overlay analysis, Shanglin County cultivatedland quality loss accounted for85.62%of the total area loss, of which two of arable landcontribution rate reached84.76%, three level of cultivated land for the contribution rate of0.85%. |
