Cultivated land,as an agricultural productive resource for human survival and development,is not only a non-renewable material resource,but also shoulder the responsibility of national food production safety.In this regard,the state implements the strictest farmland protection system,protects the red line of 1.8 billion mu of farmland,and guarantees the national food production safety.With the acceleration of the urbanization process in China,the strength and intensity of land use have been aggravated.The importance of human resources to cultivated land is limited to its economic production function,and the ecological value of cultivated land is ignored.Under the new type of urbanization,how to effectively protect the "quantity,quality and ecology" of cultivated land resources is the focus of current research.Kaifeng,as the food production center in henan province,is of great significance to the realization of food production safety.Therefore,on the basis of the evaluation of the sensitivity of ecological environment and combining the natural condition of the quality of cultivated land in the study area,the present situation of the quality and nature of cultivated land under different sensitivity is analyzed.At the same time,the results of sensitivity evaluation and the nature of cultivated land are taken as the two dimensions to divide the scope of cultivated land quality and protect the quality of cultivated land.Specific recommendations are made by the region.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The present situation of ecological environment in Kaifeng City was analyzed.Through the collection and analysis of the status of the atmosphere,water environment and soil environment status in Kaifeng City,it was found that there were some ecological environment problems,such as air pollution,soil heavy metal pollution and soil erosion based on land desertification in Kaifeng City.(2)The ecological environment sensitivity of cultivated land in kaifeng city was evaluated by single factor sensitivity through three indexes of rainfall erosion,soil desertification and soil environmental quality.It can be obtained:(1)The results show that the rainfall erosion sensitivity kaifeng of cultivated soil erosion index is between 1.96 ~ 4.4,divided into sensitive area,mild sensitive and moderate sensitive,give priority to with light sensitive area,accounts for about 83.95% of the cultivated land area in the study area..(2)Land desertification sensitivity results showed that kaifeng ecological land use land desertification index is between 3.25 ~ 6.2,sensitive and highly sensitive sensitive were divided into mild,moderate,with moderate sensitive area distribution is given priority to,covers an area of 3006.43 km2,accounting for about 73.67% of the area in the study area.(3)Soil environmental sensitivity analysis results show that the kaifeng farmland soil environment index is between 2.98 ~ 9,which divide not sensitive,mild sensitive,moderate sensitive,highly sensitive and highly sensitive area,which is given priority to with light sensitive,covers an area of 4069.19 km2,accounting for about 90% of the area in the study area.(4)Through the study of the superposition of each single factor analysis,we can get: comprehensive sensitivity of study area include mild sensitive area,the moderate sensitive areas and highly sensitive area,mainly moderately sensitive area,covers an area of 3793.92 km2,accounting for 92.97% of the area in the study area.(3)Through the analysis of the results of the natural of the quality of cultivated land and ecological sensitivity evaluation in the study area,the results show that,from the quality of cultivated land,the 7 places have the largest area in the mild sensitive area of the sensitivity of rainfall erosion,the moderate sensitive area of the desertification sensitivity and the light sensitivity area of the soil environment sensitivity.From the perspective of sensitivity division,the largest area of agricultural land in all sensitive regions is equal to 7 equal places.(4)The results of ecological sensitivity evaluation and quality evaluation of cultivated land are divided into two dimensions of cultivated land protection area,and four protection areas are divided by four quadrant method,which are the improvement of environmental conservation area,the improvement of environment-appropriate development area,the key development and consolidation area and the soil conservation area.Aiming at the characteristics and limiting factors of different districts,it puts forward some suggestions for them.This research to a certain extent,has realized the land ecological sensitivity and the cultivated land quality evaluation organic coupling,for the future work,how to better implement the "quantity,quality,ecology" trinity of cultivated the comprehensive management and quality improvement,and a series of land management to provide scientific basis.
