Economic Analysis Of Liaoning Water Pollution And Its Control

Since the reform and opening up, China economic develop rapidly, environmentalissues also will emerge. Recently, the emergence of the fog and haze, caused by a highdegree of awareness of environmental issues, water pollution is a form of pollution,environmental issues can not be ignored. Public goods nature of water and the actualmarket failure and government failure lead to water pollution phenomenon. As thenortheast old industrial base in Liaoning, have made outstanding contributions to China’seconomic development, Liaoning Province, water shortage, water pollution severelyrestricted economic development, so the coordination of the economic and environmentaldevelopment is imminent in Liaoning Province. In this paper, the knowledge and theoryof microeconomics, macroeconomics and environmental economics to study therelationship of water pollution and the economic development of Liaoning Province,looking for water pollution and economic development in Liaoning Provinceenvironmental Kuznets curve and trying to use economics of Pigou means, the Coase themeans to water pollution, and achieved economic growth and a favorable environmentfor a win-win situation.
