The paper is a part of a coperation research subject which mainly researchs for theimprove of the motion control system of PCB CNC drilling machines producted by a precisemachine company.The main content of the paper concretely refer to the research of theorycontrol structure and Point-to-Point motion control algorithm and the latter is more importantpart for the paper.Firstly, in oder to have a great research about the control system of PCB CNC drillingmachines,we should make a well introduce about the development history of PCB CNCdrilling machines,its developing directions and the whole structure of the system,which willbenifically direct to the concert research content of the paper.Under the basis of a well knowabout the history and its general structure,we come up with a design plan of the controlsystem of PCB CNC drilling machines,whose main control chip we choose the DSP,which weuse mainly for the motion-trajectory arithmetical operation. At the same time we discuss themininze DC motor drive control system, make theory design of the whole control systemstructure.Finally,we mainly research the the acceleration and deceleration algorithm ofPoint-to-Point motion that is the chief motion type of PCB CNC drilling machines,study themotion sequence of the PCB CNC drilling machines.The acceleration and decelerationcontrol algorithm includes frontr acceleration and deceleration control algorithm and behindacceleration and deceleration control algorithm,and the latter is the main part for the paper.Wehave a deep research about S-curve trajectory algorithm for behind acceleration and thedeceleration control algorithm of Point-to-Point motion.After comparsion with the generalS-curve trajectory planning algotithem and S-curve quick trajectory planning algorithem. Thepaper give a more quick S-curve trajectory planning algotithem to control the acceleration anddeceleration of DC motor.At the same time, the paper give the concrete algorithem derivationof S-curve quick trajectory planning alogrithem, its flow diagram and make a Matlabcomparision simulation analysis.
