The type of modern high-tech electronic products has been turned into light, thin, short and small,which makes the development of PCB be moving toward in the direction of small aperture, high density, multilayer and fine lines,and proposes new requirements for the machining efficiency and machining performance of PCB CNC drilling machine’s manufacturing.On the basis of high-speed and high-precision machining features of PCB,the article concerns on the desigh and research on the mechanical part control part of PCB CNC drilling machine. The article firstly introduces the overall mechanism of machine tool and then focuses on introducing the drive mechanism ofthe axis of X,Y and Z. The drive mechanism adopts the way that AC servo motor is connected to ball screw.PCB CNC drilling machine adopts open CNC system in the control part and the mode of platform is PC+motion control card.The motion control card is solid high GTS800series.The artical separately describes spindle speed, servo system, digital control system in the control part of lower machine, which includes the selection and matching of hardware.Taking the main movement form of PCB CNC drilling machine,namely point-to-point movement as foundation, regarding practical and time optimization as the goal, the artical deduces general third-order Scurve trajectory planning algorithm according to the given constraint condition and finally puts forward a kind of quick third-order planning algorithm of Scurve. Because the Scurve has four kinds of extreme situations We present four groups of theoretical data validation which respectively test and verify the four conditions. The research finally gets a conclusion:the algorithm is a fast trajectory planning algorithm. Through the analasis of the actual data of PCB drilling machine,the research gains the S curve trajectory plan. |
